We were looking for restaurant Chienfu, but we walked in the wrong direction. We bumped into one of the galleries we wanted to visit: Wako Works of Art. There was a small photography exposition from Gregor Schneider. We found it somewhat scary and dull.

Restaurant Chien Fu
After this small art stop, we finally found the Chinese-Taiwanese vegetarian restaurant: Chien Fu. We tried four delicious dishes. The place looks old-fashioned, but the owner is very polite and repeats himself over and over when he thanked us. We rate Chien Fu with a 8 out of 10.

Mori art museum (森美術館)
After our late lunch, we went to Mori art museum. It’s located on the 46th floor. Above the museum, there is a floor where you can have a 360 degrees panoramic view over Tokyo. It’s impressive. The rain made it a bit hard to photograph, but the views were stunning. The exposition from: Lee Mingwei: “the Art of participation” was an “interactive” exposition, meaning you could “do” many things. For example: take a flower from the art object and give it to a complete stranger on the streets. And to open one of the wooden boxes to look what’s inside, or to write a letter to someone to apologize or to thank someone. We also liked the movie of a cook who was filmed in his kitchen preparing all kinds of dishes. A cool museum!

Izakaya: Uoshin (魚真乃木坂店)
After having coffee, we went to Izakaya: Uoshin for dinner. It’s a place with funny, loud and friendly (some English speaking) staff. Here we had great food, beer and sake, while sitting on a beer crate. We were early and after half an hour, the place was completely packed. We ate huge oysters, sashimi and much more. We absolutely loved this place and rate it with a 8.5 out of 10.

Tokyo tower
After dinner, we walked through the streets of Roppongi for a while. We bought some Halloween items for the upcoming Halloween party. It started to rain harder, but then we saw the lights of Tokyo tower, which looks like the Eiffel tower in Paris. It looked very nice and because of the rain it was very quiet. After making some pictures, our clothes were soaked and it was time to go back to our apartment.
